hey.. here's the progression work of this piece [link] .. i used AICS4 just because it has super cool gradient tools and pages.. i did'nt explore more deep yet. and for the pose i used DAZ 3D.. super cool for tracing model.. i can make the model like what i want to.. the lights and shades and angle.. i made my own model pose cos i never met any photo source aswhat i want to.. 
i only render it as previews also (without texture or significant lighting renders).. hope you like it ..
